Installation and start-up
We carry out the installation and start-up of machinery and systems, this in order to guarantee the correct installation and correct functioning.
Correct installation guarantees the maximum efficiency for which the machine or system was designed.
Scheduled maintenance
We carry out scheduled maintenance, with the use of highly specialized workers, in order to keep the equipment and systems in perfect working order, thus preventing any production stops.
FGAS scheduled periodic checks
We carry out scheduled FGAS checks as required by Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 and Presidential Decree no. 146/2018. Regulation (EU) no. 517/2014 requires that the operations carried out on FGAS equipment and systems be carried out by natural persons and certified companies. A.S.K.I is a FGAS certified company and the staff employed are in possession of the FGAS license.
Retrofit, revamping and repairs
We carry out retrofitting of obsolete industrial machinery, technological redevelopment interventions and repairs of machinery or industrial plants, with the use of highly specialized workers, in order to improve their performance, safety, efficiency, reliability and lengthen their the productive life.
Decommissioning of gas-containing equipment and systems
We carry out the dismantling service, i.e. the interruption of use and operation, of a product or a piece of equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases. Regulation (EU) vvn. 517/2014 requires that the operations carried out on FGAS equipment and systems be carried out by natural persons and certified companies.
A.S.K.I is a FGAS certified company and the staff employed are in possession of the FGAS license.
